• Weekends and nights preceding statutory holidays – $300 per night for the first couple. $50 per person thereafter.
• Weekdays (Sun – Thurs nights) – $250 per night for the first couple. $50 per person thereafter.
• $60.00 cleaning fee per booking

• Three night minimum all year

Terms & Conditions

• Check in 2pm. Check out 10am.
• No pets (if pets are found at the property during your stay you will be asked to leave)
• No smoking.
• Unless prior arrangements have been made, there are to be no parties. The use of De Vine Martinborough is limited to guests who have booked.
• This property is located in a residential area, noise must be kept to a respectable level.
• Guests will be charged should there be any damaged or missing items.
• It is expected that the house is left in a reasonable state. If the house is left excessively messy and/or dirty, you will be charged for additional cleaning incurred.

Cancelation Policy

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with the balance being payable closer to your arrival date.
• There is a non-refundable booking fee of 10% of the booking value.
• Should you cancel this booking fewer than 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the booking value will be refunded. Should you cancel this booking less than 7 days prior to arrival date, 25% of the booking value will be refunded.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable
