We have three holiday homes in total, all on the same street – two four-bedroom homes that sleep up to eight, one three bedroom that sleeps six and one five-bedroom holiday home that sleeps up to 10.
You’ll have everything you need and more, and our rates are affordable. A continental breakfast featuring bread, cereals, butter, milk spreads, tea, coffee, and sugar is included in the rate. Book your stay now.

Weekends and nights preceding statutory holidays – $300 per night for the first couple. $50 per person thereafter.
Weekdays (Sun – Thurs nights) – $250 per night for the first couple. $50 per person thereafter.

Three night minimum all year

No pets (if pets are found at the property during your stay you will be asked to leave).

Unless prior arrangements have been made, there are to be no parties. The use of De Vine Martinborough is limited to guests who have booked.
This property is located in a residential area, noise must be kept to a respectable level.
Guests will be charged should there be any damaged or missing items.
It is expected that the house is left in a reasonable state. If the house is left excessively messy and/or dirty, you will be charged for additional cleaning incurred.
Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera monitoring the entrance area to help ensure the safety of the property and our guests.
Cancelation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with the balance being payable closer to your arrival date.
There is a non-refundable booking fee of 10% of the booking value.
Should you cancel this booking fewer than 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the booking value will be refunded. Should you cancel this booking less than 7 days prior to arrival date, 25% of the booking value will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable
