Stay in the heart of Wairarapa's renowned wine region, Martinborough. Our three beautifully appointed holiday homes are conveniently located on the same quiet street, less than 180 metres apart, making them ideal for large groups, weddings, corporate retreats, family holidays, or a romantic escape.
Each property is just a short stroll from Martinborough Square, the vibrant centre of the village, home to boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. You’ll also be perfectly positioned to explore many of Martinborough’s award winning vineyards, whether on foot, by bike, or with a short drive. The golf course is also just a four minute drive away.
All of our holiday homes are fully self-contained, featuring well equipped kitchens and comfortable living spaces. Each property also offers a private, fully fenced yard with an outdoor dining and entertaining area, BBQ, and spa pool. Perfect for relaxing after a day of wine tasting or village exploring.

Enjoy the local charms of Martinborough, its renowned vineyards, and everything this beautiful region has to offer. This will truly feel like your home away from home, with all the modern comforts you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The accommodation sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms and includes Wi‑Fi, a large smart TV, and a comfortable living space. Outdoors, you’ll find a private dining area with BBQ facilities and a spa pool.

This spacious property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, offering four bedrooms and a large, stylish bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen makes catering easy, while the generous living area provides plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind together. Step outside to a large deck designed for entertaining, complete with BBQ facilities and a spa pool. The perfect place to enjoy warm evenings after a day exploring Martinborough’s vineyards and village charm.
32 COLOGNE STREET
Charm, luxury and relaxation await at 32 Cologne. This beautifully restored turn of the century villa is framed by stunning red roses and fragrant lavender. At the rear, an intimate enclosed garden is perfectly designed for outdoor dining and entertaining, complete with a BBQ and indulgent spa pool.
Villa Rosa offers five generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one featuring a classic claw foot bath. The open plan design offers plenty of space, while the fireplace in the living area creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, ideal for cosy evenings indoors.

The best equipped (including breakfast) rental house we have stayed at in New Zealand. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Excellent location and very helpful owner. De Vine was perfect for a small family group celebrating s special birthday weekend together! Great location within easy walking distance to the village. Very well-stocked kitchen with everything needed to entertain and plentiful continental breakfast supplies. Spa pool was just the right temperature and our lovely hostess ensured the accommodation was welcoming and warm when we arrived. Thank you very much.

Lovely accomodation - everything we needed and more. Love the spa, rooms are gorgeous, kitchen incredibly well equipped. Fabulous location (walking distance to all of the shops and cafes, including the amazing Poppies Winery).

Diane was one of the best hosts we've had on our 4 month venture across New Zealand. Her home is magnificent! A jacuzzi outside and another one inside the bathroom. Jacuzzi hopping is a thing! The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was super comfy and there was both a dryer and washer in the house It was a stylish andb cozy house. Highly, HIGHLY recommend you book Diane's house!
